OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2016. SOCAR-DALGIDJ LLC, and Oceaneering International Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oceaneering International, Inc. (Oceaneering), will jointly exhibit at the Azerbaijan and Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition in Baku, Azerbaijan on June 1-4, 2016.

SOCAR-DALGIDJ LLC and Oceaneering formed a strategic alliance in December 2015 to provide subsea services including project management; engineering; inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR); remotely operated vehicles; and diving services in the Caspian Region.
