Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 29 March 2016, with regard to case No. А40-226053/15-86-220B, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution BANK GOROD, joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia registration No. 2644, date of registration: 6 January 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1281, dated 15 April 2016) to terminate from 18 April 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution BANK GOROD, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3183, dated 16 November 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Credit Institution BANK GOROD, Joint-Stock Company, or BANK GOROD JSC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
