ASYL-INVEST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of its intention to pay dividends on its common shares KZ1C54500018 (KZ1C00001106, ASYL) and preferred shares KZ1P54500114 (KZ1P00001119, ASYLp) due for 2015 at KZT86.12 per share.

According to a statement from ASYL-INVEST, the record date was fixed as of April 18, 2016; the dividends will be paid out from April 26 to 30, 2016.
