OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2016. CA Technologies today announced that Darl?n Monterisi has been named senior vice president of Corporate Communications, effective May 9.  Based in New York, Monterisi will report to Lauren Flaherty, chief marketing officer.

Monterisi is responsible for overseeing the company’s global corporate communications function and stewarding a highly integrated approach to delivering the company’s corporate and product messages to key audiences.

“Darl?n brings a rare combination of expertise to this important role, including a deep understanding of our category and customer mind-set, along with an appreciation for the importance of cross-channel engagement.  I am thrilled to have an executive of Darlan’s caliber join the team and know that her expertise and leadership will help us take our corporate communications programs to a new level,” said Flaherty. 

Monterisi joins CA Technologies with years of experience overseeing U.S. and global communications and public affairs programs.  Most recently, Monterisi was a partner and managing director at Porter Novelli in New York, where she had overall responsibility for the Hewlett-Packard account and served as client relationship leader.  Prior to that Monterisi was global PR director for Rockstar Games, conceiving, developing and executing integrated communications programs for titles including Grand Theft Auto IV and Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Early in her career, Monterisi was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as a spokesperson and public affairs officer.
