Employees of IDGC of Centre took part in a joint educational project of Rosseti and Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" - "The development of leaders of the electric grid complex"
OREANDA-NEWS. IDGC of Centre at the training event was represented by Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division director Sabir Agamaliev, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational and Technological and Situational Management - Head of Operational and Technological and Situational Management of IDGC of Centre Mikhail Kachan, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational and Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division Vladislav Ostrik, and Head of Economics Department of IDGC of Centre Natalia Loganova.
For six months within 5 training modules the project participants studied the practice of the implementation of major projects based on examples of global companies and international experience in the sectoral expertise, analyzed the situation in the economy and the Russian electric power industry and developed projects related to strategic directions of development of the energy industry.
The training program took into account the actual needs of the domestic electric grid complex, as well as contributed to the formation of leadership potential to the training participants.
The result of study was the solemn ceremony of presentation of diplomas to all the participants of the retraining. The critical review of the projects was attended by leaders of PJSC "Rosseti" – Deputy Director General for Finance Egor Prokhorov and Deputy Director General – Chief of Staff Nikolay Varlamov, as well as heads of relevant areas – technological development and innovation, long-term development of the grid and grid connection, strategic development, HR policy and organizational development.
According to Head of Operational and Technological and Situational Management of IDGC of Centre Mikhail Kachan: "The training program allowed us to see the electric power industry as an integrated industry, providing the country’s economy development. These practical skills to apply innovative approaches and identify strategic goals allowed to form in the projects interesting initiatives that can be implemented in practice. Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational and Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division Vladislav Ostrik also shared his impressions: "This program allowed managers to gain new knowledge in the field of management, besides the participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences with interesting people. In particular, I should note acquaintance and communication with the deserved Russian coach Tatiana Tarasova, who shared her experience of training leaders with the audience."
