OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance Company Amanat (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 7, 2016, according to which:

- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from September 6, 2015 to March 5, 2016;

- as of March 5, 2016, 1,260,000 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced.
