The Company announces the status of damage that has been confirmed as of PM 1:00, April 18.

1. Status of Damage: 1) Employee’s safety There were no reports concerning significant injuries or casualties among our Group employees including franchisees in Kyushu-area. 2) Store damage One store in Oita prefecture suspended its operation due to the damage in its store and building. Although the store is currently working to restore the suffered areas as quickly as possible, reopen date is unclear.

2. Impact on Performance: The influence of this transaction on AUTOBACS SEVEN’s consolidated financial performance is assumed to be low. In the event that the Company forecasts a substantial effect on its results, that information will be disclosed promptly.
