OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2016. Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) in the town of Berezniki (Perm Territory, Russia).

Uralkali’s EGM elected the new Board of Directors, including Sergey Chemezov, Dmitry Konyaev, Dmitry Lobyak, Luc Maene, Sir Robert Margetts, Dmitry Mazepin, Dmitry Osipov, Paul Ostling and Dimitry Tatyanin.

The EGM also elected the new Revision Commission.
