OREANDA-NEWS. Infiniti Company announced the timeframe for entering of the restyled Infiniti QX80 SUV on the Russian market. As the portal "Kolesa.ru" writes, the modernized Infiniti QX80 debuted in autumn of 2017 in Dubai. The “fresh” SUV is already sold in the US, the countries of Asia and the Middle East. In Russia, orders for the model will be accepted in May of this year. Prices and complete sets have not been announced yet.

After restyling, the car built on the basis of Nissan Patrol got new headlights, which placed above, other bumpers and tail lights, a wider bonnet. In the salon – there is new upholstery of seats, another door trim, an updated multimedia system. In addition, became larger than available for a fee tablets in the head restraints of the front seats. The list of QX80 equipment can also include collision avoidance systems, lane support and blind zone monitoring, intelligent cruise control, distance control assistant. The motor of the Infiniti QX80 is the same - the petrol engine V8 5.6 with a power of 405 hp (560 Nm), which works in conjunction with a 7-band "automatic".

In Russia, the pre-reform SUV is offered only with all-wheel drive, while in other markets there is also a rear-wheel drive variant. Pre- restyled off-road car in Russia today costs from 3 million 950 thousand rubles. Previously, Infiniti revealed the special version of QX80 - Limited. It is not known yet whether this option will appear in Russia.
