OREANDA-NEWS. Within the MOSCOW OFF-ROAD SHOW 2017 exhibition, which took place from August 24th to 27th in the Crocus Expo, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant presented the UAZ Patriot off-road package, reported the company's press service.

Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant is completing the certification of a car with an electric winch of the Russian production SPRUT-9000 Sport, which has established itself in the market as a winch for real professionals. The combination of a powerful motor of a winch and a gearbox with an optimum gear ratio allows SPRUT-9000 to be one of the best in the category of 9000 electric winches among all manufacturers.

To increase the autonomy of using the car in the Off-road package includes a battery of increased capacity, as well as reinforced protection of the steering rods, made of steel sheet thickness of 3 mm, which allows you to conquer serious off-road. The cost of the off-road package is 45 000 rubles. This option will be available on sale from October of 2017.

It should be noted that by the results of seven months of 2017, Russian dealers of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant sold 7.8 thousand off-road vehicles "Patriot", which is a quarter less than during the same period of a year ago.
