OREANDA-NEWS The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a survey of the Russian market of new cars in February of 2017 and it made a rating of the best-selling models in the Far Eastern Federal District.

According to the results of the study, the crossover Toyota RAV4 regained the leadership in the Far East market, which it lost in January. In the last month of winter, this model sold out 63 units, by showing a fall by 38%. In its turn, Toyota Land Cruiser dropped to the second place - the index of this SUV was 55 units (-46%). In the third place there is another representative of Toyota - SUV Land Cruiser Prado (51 units, -18%).

In February, the top-five of leaders of the local market was closed by UAZ Patriot (39 units, -41%) and Lexus RX (36 units, + 38.5%). In addition, the top-10 also included Nissan X-Trail (32 units, -13.5%), Nissan Terrano (31 units, + 63%), KIA Rio (30 units, + 36.5%), Lexus LX (27 units, -18%) and the debutant of the Russian market - Hyundai Creta (25 units).

In total, the volume of the Far East market of new cars in February was 800 units this year, by showing a 16% drop.
