OREANDA-NEWS According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", in October of 2017 the market volume of new trucks in Russia was 7.9 thousand units, which is 60.2% more than a year before.

The leader of the truck market is also the Russian manufacturer KAMAZ, the share of which was 30% of the total volume in the last month. In quantitative terms, it corresponds to 2.4 thousand units - 31.5% more than the result of a year ago. In second place there is the Swedish brand Volvo, which increased 4 times (to 759 units). First domestic GAZ closes the top- three (646 units, + 21.2%). The top five of leaders also included the German Mercedes-Benz (636 units, + 160.7%) and the Swedish Scania (529 units, + 65.8%).

By the results of 10 months of 2017 the volume of the market of new trucks in Russia was 61.1 thousand units - by 49.4% more than in the same period of the previous year.
