OREANDA-NEWS. Audi has presented at the Detroit Auto Show a new crossover Audi SQ5, which will appear in Russia in the summer of 2017. Under the bonnet of new car it was installed turbocharged engine 3.0 TFSI, which develops power of 354 hp and 500 Nm of torque in the range from 1370 to 4500 rev / min. The new Audi SQ5 is equipped with an 8-speed tiptronic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive quattro. Acceleration to 100 km / h takes 5.4 seconds and top speed is 250 km / h. The new Audi SQ5 3.0 TFSI consumes 8.3 liters of fuel per 100 km, the press service of Audi Russia.

The heart of sporting character of the new Audi SQ5 – is five-link front and rear suspension. The included in the standard equipment damping control system offers a wide range of settings of the engine and suspension. The air suspension is available as an option, which allows the driver to adjust the ride height. The standard equipment of the model includes 20-inch alloy wheels with tires in the dimension 225/45. As an additional option there are available wheels 21 inches in diameter.

The length of the new Audi SQ5 is 4671 mm, width 1893 mm, height 1635 mm. Wheelbase is 2824 mm. The curb weight of the new Audi SQ5 – is 1995 kg, it is 35 kg less than its predecessor. Depending on the position of the rear seat luggage compartment volume is from 500 to 610 liters. With the rear seats folded the volume increases to 1550 liters.
