At the same time, the highest dynamics of the average car loan among the top-30 regions in terms of car loans was recorded in Novosibirsk (+ 22.1%), Kemerovo (+ 20.2%) and Volgograd (+ 19.9%), and the lowest - In the Perm Krai (+ 2.1%), as well as in the Saratov (+ 3.7%) and Sverdlovsk (+ 4.2%) regions.
