OREANDA-NEWS Sales of new passenger cars in Ukraine grew by 16% in February to 4856 units. According to the data received by the agency "AUTOSTAT" in the Association of Automobile Manufacturers of Ukraine "Ukrautoprom", for the first two months of 2017 in this country it was sold 9678 cars – more by 31% than in the same period of the last year.

The leader in the Ukrainian market in the last month was Renault, which was sold in amount of 532 vehicles - more by 24% than a year before. The second place was occupied by Volkswagen, whose sales grew by 98% to 374 cars. At the third line there is Toyota with the figure of 335 sold cars, which is less by 5% than in the previous year. Hyundai comes the next - cars of the Korean brand were chosen by 332 buyers (+ 43%). KIA closes the top five of leaders, whose dealers sold 327 cars (+ 48%).

We also add that the most sold model in the Ukrainian market in February was KIA Sportage, which was chosen by 236 customers.
