OREANDA-NEWS. Results of 7 months of 2017 sales of new electric vehicles in Russia were 39 units, which is more by 18% than in the previous year (33 units).

As the analysts of the agency noted, the growth of sales of electric cars in the country is provided by the brand Tesla, the share of which was about 70% of the total. In quantitative terms, it corresponds to 27 sold electric vehicles. It is more by 69% than a similar result a year ago. Sales of the rest 12 electric cars were distributed as follows: Nissan Leaf - 8 units; Renault Twizy - 3 units; Mitsubishi i-MiEV - 1 unit.
