OREANDA-NEWS. The conveyor of the Moscow plant Renault was left by 350 thousandth SUV Renault Duster. The jubilee car became a black color 4x4 version, equipped with a two-liter petrol engine and a manual transmission in the Luxe Privilege version, reports the press service of the French company.

Recall that the serial production of Renault Duster in Russia began in December of 2011, for the production of a new model, the company invested in the equipment of the plant more than 100 million Euros. Long before it went on sale in March of 2012, Duster aroused great interest among consumers, and already in October of 2012 it became the best-selling SUV. In order to respond to the increased demand for the model, Renault Russia decided almost immediately to increase the production: for the first half of 2013, the production of Duster grew by 138% compared with the same period of the last year, and after 15 months from the moment of start of production from the conveyor the 100 thousandth Duster came down.
