OREANDA-NEWS The joint venture GM Uzbekistan has started the final stage of the project to develop the production of the Ravon Nexia R3 model by using the large-block assembly technology at the SaryarkaAvtoProm production site in Kostanay. Within the framework of the project, an agreement on cooperation between GM Uzbekistan and SaryarkaAvtoProm was signed.

At the initial stage in Kostanay it will be implemented SKD production of Ravon Nexia R3 sedan with a capacity of 3 thousand cars per year, with the possibility of a phased increase in production to 7,000 cars, reports the press service of GM Uzbekistan.

The sale of Ravon Nexia R3 cars will be carried out through the dealer networks of AllurAuto and UzAvto Asia.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", by the results of February sales of Ravon Nexia R3 in the market of Kazakhstan were 129 cars, which provided the model the fourth place among the Kazakhstan bestsellers. In general, the sales of Ravon in this republic were 159 cars, according to the data of Union of Automobile Industry of Kazakhstan "KazAvtoProm".
