Phase2 and Inviqa Announce Strategic Collaboration
"Inviqa is the ideal agency to expand Atrium adoption in Europe," said Jeff Walpole, Phase2's CEO. "They have the Drupal background necessary to successfully implement big Atrium projects and contribute in a significant way to its development as a collaboration tool."
Atrium is an open source collaboration software platform that serves as a foundation for building complex intranets, extranets, and community portals with fewer steps. Phase2 sought a local agency to respond to growing customer demand for Atrium in the European market.
"We see this collaboration between Phase2 and Inviqa as a force multiplier for Atrium," said Mike Morris, EVP of Business Development at Phase2. "Knowing that Inviqa can provide reliable expert services for Atrium, we expect to see the product take off in this new market as a result of the partnership."
"The collaboration with Phase2 strengthens Inviqa's ability to build the complex solutions our clients need," said Myles Davidson, Director of Inviqa. "Working closely with Phase2 will give us even greater access to the technical leaders behind the software so it's a win-win for all involved."
Inviqa has a proven track record with Atrium, having successfully implemented it for Scottish Government agency, Scottish Natural Heritage. Martin Stubbs-Partridge, Communications Officer at Scottish Natural Heritage, commented, "Open Atrium presented us with an open source, out-the-box intranet which we were able to configure to meet our needs. The result is an affordable intranet that is improving our internal communications."
Stubbs-Partridge continued, "It also provides features that will help us fulfil our digital workplace ambitions. Working with our implementation partner, Inviqa, allows us to do this. Importantly this enables us get on with investing in Scotland's nature and landscapes."
