Peab has been commissioned to build 200 new apartments in Munkeback
OREANDA-NEWS. Peab has been commissioned to build 200 new apartments in the city district of Munkebäck in Gothenburg. The customer is Tornet and the contract is worth SEK 374 million.
Together with Tornet Peab will build 200 apartments for rent. The bottom floor will contain more than 1,500 m2 in space for different facilities. This is a turnkey contract. Project planning has begun and construction is planned to in March 2017. The project is expected to be completed in 2021. Tornet is owned by Peab, Riksbyggen, Folksam and Balder. The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2017.
