On Appointment of Provisional Administration to Company Otchizna
OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-3154, dated 12 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 12 November 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Otchizna, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3913, location: 26 General Belov Street, office 115, Moscow 115583; TIN 7704263175, PSRN 1037704025424) (hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2618, dated 30 September 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Dmitry V. Andreyev (mailing address: P.O.Box 62, Moscow 127051), member of the non-profit partnership Receivers' Union Avangard (address: 5 Makarenko Street, bldg. 1, office 3, Moscow 105062), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
