OREANDA-NEWS. The Company «Nissan Manufacturing Russia» on June 7th announced the recall of 976 crossovers Nissan Terrano, produced from March to November 2016. The reason for recall of cars Nissan Terrano is an error that was made during the issuing of the project documentation, reports the press service of Rosstandart.

In some vehicles with the basic configuration, there could be installed steering wheels of incorrect specification. In this connection, there is a possibility of incorrect docking of the steering wheel with switcher of steering column. As a consequence, the driver's airbag spiral cable can come into contact with the steering column switch when the steering wheel is turned. When using the car, the spiral cable may be damaged, as a result the signal indicator of the airbag malfunction.
