Eric Pikus, who previously served as the firm’s sector leader for asset management as well as consumer and commercial banking in the New York office, will now serve as Head of North America, Global Financial Market for Korn Ferry.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pikus has worked extensively and advised financial services companies on executive search, board effectiveness, leadership assessment, and executive succession planning. Additionally, for the past decade, he has established a market leading reputation by leading prominent investors to operating and advisory talent across multiple specialty areas within financial services.

Pascal Smith, based in Korn Ferry’s London office, will now serve as the firm’s Global Sector Leader, Asset Management (Alternative and Traditional). With strong global client relationships, Mr. Smith will continue to focus on working with our hedge fund and Alternative Investments client base across a wide range of strategies.

Keith Feldman, based in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco office, will now serve as the firm’s Global Sector Leader, Consumer & Commercial Banking. Mr. Feldman has 15 years of experience advising financial services firms of all sizes, from start-ups to large, multinationals. He is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing interplay between incumbent firms and their disruptors. He is also an active member of Korn Ferry’s Marketing, Digital, and FinTech Centers-of-Excellence.
