OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ increased the production by 11% in February, by producing 3,267 sets of vehicles. Since the beginning of the year, 4418 trucks have come off the assembly line of the enterprise, which is more by 8% compared to the same period of the last year, informed the press service of KAMAZ.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", at the beginning of March, KAMAZ began the production of a new three-axle tractor with an index of 65,209. Until the end of the month seven such cars will be transferred to the KAMAZ trade and finance company. According to the business plan for 2018, this year KAMAZ intends to sell 43.1 thousand trucks, 37 thousand of them on the Russian market, and 6.1 thousand - on the markets of foreign countries. The net profit is planned at a rate of 1586 million rubles with the revenue of 171,3 billion rubles.

At the same time, in 2018, the implementation of numerous investment projects, which are very important for the development of KAMAZ, will continue, including the main one - preparation for the launch of brand-new trucks of K5 family. The launch of the first K5 KAMAZ-54901 generation vehicle is scheduled for 2019. With the new car the company plans to enter the world market, in particular, to Europe.
