OREANDA-NEWS  The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a survey of the secondary market of components for trucks in Russia and defined its main parameters.

According to the results of the research, the total volume of the secondary market of automotive components and spare parts for trucks in Russia in 2016 exceeded 231 million units of various parts. In monetary terms, the market capacity has reached an amount equivalent to 6.2 billion dollars, which corresponds to about 415 billion rubles.

In the top-three of leaders there are traditionally the following segments: tires, oils and fuel systems. So, in the last year the capacity of the tire market was estimated at 148 billion rubles. This is equivalent to a share, which is equal to 36% of the total market capacity of components in financial terms.

In 2016, it was required about 163 million liters of various oils for the service of the truck parc, which cost almost 39 billion rubles. On the third place there are spare parts intended for fuel systems, for which it was spent 30 billion rubles.
