OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2016. The 2016 Intel Capital Global Summit, now in its 17th year, will take place Oct. 24 to 26 in San Diego. The Global Summit is a premier networking event in the venture capital industry. It brings together nearly 1,000 executives and industry influencers from around the world to network, exchange ideas and kick-start partnerships and business deals.

Designed to create growth opportunities for existing and new Intel Capital portfolio companies, the Global Summit features keynote presentations, expert panels and more. Among this year’s speakers are: Intel CEO Brian Krzanich, Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff.

Intel Capital’s president, Wendell Brooks, will kick things off at 1 p.m. PT Monday, Oct. 24. In his opening keynote, he’ll announce new Intel Capital investments and introduce exciting and disruptive tech startups joining the Intel Capital portfolio.
