In the first half of the year, Jeep sales in Russia grew by 22%
OREANDA-NEWS Russian dealers of Jeep sold 753 cars for 6 months of 2017. This is more by 22% than a year ago. Meanwhile, there were sold 127 cars of this brand in June and sales grew by 67%, reports the press-service of FCA Russia.
About 60% of the total sales in the first half were the flagship JeepGrandCherokee SUVs, the result of which was 445 units. Also, this model demonstrates the most significant market growth - by 98% compared with the same period of the last year.
The second place was occupied by Jeep Cherokee with the index of more than 160 sold cars. In addition, in total, about 140 Wrangler SUVs and compact Renegade SUVs were sold.
As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", Russian dealers of Jeep will begin to accept orders for a new crossover Compass in July of this year.
