OREANDA-NEWS  The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a survey of the Russian market of passenger cars with mileage in February of 2017, according to which it was made a rating of regional markets.

According to the survey, the largest secondary market in the country in the last winter month was Moscow. In February, the volume of the market of used cars in the Russian capital was 22.8 thousand units, which is less by 13% than in the same month of 2016.

In its turn, the Moscow region, which was the leader of the secondary market in January, took the second place this time and the lag is very small. So, the index of the Moscow region in the last month was 22.3 thousand of resold units, by showing an increase of 2%.

The top-three of leaders is closed traditionally by Krasnodar region, the result of which reached 18.2 thousand cars (+ 7%). The top- five also included St. Petersburg (13.5 thousand units, -6%) and the Rostov region (11.5 thousand units, + 2.5%).

In addition, the top-10 regional markets of used passenger cars in February of 2017 also included: Sverdlovskaya (9.6 thousand units, -14%) and Novosibirsk regions (9.1 thousand units, + 5%), Bashkortostan (9.1 thousand units, -2.5%), Tatarstan (8.8 thousand units, -2.5%) and Chelyabinsk regions (8.2 thousand units, -12% ).

Recall that last month the volume of the Russian secondary market was about 360 thousand units, by showing a decrease by 3%.
