OREANDA-NEWS. The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a survey of the market of new cars in Moscow in May of 2017 and it compiled a rating of the most popular models.

According to the results of the research, the leader of the Moscow market was changed. In the last spring month, it was Hyundai Solaris, whose figure was 1167 cars, which is more by 24.5% than the result of a year ago. In turn, KIA Rio, which was the leader for the four previous months, fell to the second place of the rating with the result of 1,138 sold units (+ 18%). In the third position, with a large gap from the first two models, it turns out to be Skoda Rapid (669 units, + 39%).

The top-five of leaders of the Moscow market is closed by Hyundai Creta (668 units) and Volkswagen Polo (633 units, + 24.5%) in May.
