OREANDA-NEWS. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU / MTA; FCA) ("FCA") announced today the launch of a placement of 15.948.275 common shares of CNH Industrial N.V. ("CNHI"), representing 1.17% of CNHI’s common shares (the "Placement"). The Placement will be made to certain institutional investors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process.

Bookbuildmg will commence immediately, though the right to close the books at any time is reserved. Final terms of the Placement will be promptly communicated to the market.
