OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from October 25th, within the framework of the program of preferential leasing of vehicles, it becomes possible to buy not only commercial vehicles, but also cars. Now, any physical person, legal entity and individual entrepreneurs can take a car on a leasing basis on preferential terms. 61 Russian leasing organizations take part in the programs, informs the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Recall, the program of preferential vehicle leasing is effective from January 1st, 2017 and it implies a 10% discount on the value of the vehicle-leased asset, but not more than 500 thousand rubles per unit of equipment. In addition, from the second half of 2017, there are additional discounts for certain categories of lessees under the programs "Your Business", "Russian Farmer" "Russian Tractor". So, for subjects of small and medium-sized business, agricultural producers and buyers of mainline truck tractors of Russian production, the discount will be 12.5% of the price of the vehicle-object of leasing, but no more than 625 thousand rubles per one unit of equipment.

The programs are applied to vehicles transferred before December 1st, 2017 under a financial lease agreement, made not earlier than December 1st, 2016 and not previously registered on the basis of Russian legislation. It is necessary that the contract was concluded for a period of at least 1 year and an advance payment for it was at least 10% of the original value of the car.
