We demonstrated our strategic approach to achieving our UK Skills Strategy 2020 vision, which focusses on workforce skills planning, employability, and through-career skills development.

The Award is given to only 34 UK businesses and crowns our achievement in apprenticeship learning. These awards are a new honour for employers who can demonstrate lasting impact by successfully linking skills development needs to business performance. The Award will be presented at St James’s Palace on 24 November.
