Current assets increased by 83.6% (3.4 billion rubles) to 7.4 billion rubles as cash and cash equivalents increased by a factor of 2.7 (3.6 billion rubles) to 5.7 billion rubles due to allocation of temporarily free cash to bank accounts and reduction of accounts receivable as a result of increased bad debt allowances, and also due to reduced output reflecting the downtime of power generation units due to repairs in the second and third quarters of 2015.

Apart from that, we presented for payment the notes issued to cover the outstanding debt of WECM participants and received the payments in amount of 0.2 billion rubles.

Total liabilities as of September 30, 2015 were 12.6 billion rubles, up 6.7% (0.8 billion rubles). This change mostly reflects the increase in the amount of interest charges as compared to the same period of 2014.
