OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2012.  Delegation at the head of Executive director of the Intergovernmental Fund of humanitarian cooperation of the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States Armen Smbatyan arrived the day before with visit to the Turkmen capital was received in a series of ministries and departments of Turkmenistan.

As it was noted, Turkmenistan pays particular attention to multi-aspect cooperation with CIS, including in cultural and humanitarian field. In this connection, the issues of preparation for VII Forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of CIS member countries became particular topic for discussion. On the initiative of the Turkmen party, it is planned to hold this forum in Ashgabat on October 15-16.

In the course of the meetings taken place at the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Education, it was also held a view exchange on issues of development of humanitarian cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
