Anatoly Lysenko Appointed Director of Russia’s Public Television
OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2012. Vladimir Putin signed an executive order appointing Anatoly Lysenko, television journalist and president of public organisation International Academy of Television and Radio, director of Russia’s public television.
The President also signed Executive Order On Approving the Membership of the Public Television Council. The Council has 25 members, including well-known Russian journalists and writers, representatives of public organisations, sportspeople and religious figures. Among those named to the Council, in particular, are Leonid Roshal, Svyatoslav Belza, Oleg Tabakov, Karen Shakhnazarov, and Alexei Nemov.
