OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2012. Ukraine has made every effort to hold EURO 2012 at a high level, President Viktor Yanukovych said at today’s ceremony of opening Terminal D at International Airport Boryspil.

 "We have made our best to not let down everyone who had made this decision: the League and those who supported all along the idea of holding this festival of football in Poland and Ukraine," said Viktor Yanukovych.

 He added that the infrastructure built in preparation for EURO 2012 in Ukraine would serve future generations. “EURO 2012 is a project that creates incentives for Ukraine to show its capabilities," he said.
