OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2012. It has been approved a procedure for the use of budget funds for the reconstruction and building of clearing constructions to protect water areas of Ukrainian part of the Black Sea basin. On 21 May 2012, a Cabinet session has adopted a resolution "On approving the Order of use in 2012 of funds provided by the state budget for reconstruction and building clearing constructions and other facilities for the protection from contamination of the water area of the Azov-Black Sea coast and basins rivers of Dnipro and Seversky Donets." This year for this the state budget has provided 640 million UAH. It is planned to build new clearing constructions and upgrade existing ones that will significantly affect both an ecological state of territories and the quality of people life.
