OREANDA-NEWS. October 6, 2011. The law banning unsanctioned mailing of different context messages has been developed in Azerbaijan.

Head of Azerbaijani Parliament Department on European Integration Rashad Azizov has informed that work on law development on spam fighting has come to an end and it has been submitted for consideration to relevant bodies.

" Under the law unsanctioned mailing of messages to e-mails and mobile telephones of citizens is allowed only for the first time. The sender should receive the addressee’s approval for the next mailings. At that it is necessary to use mechanism allowing to refuse this mailing as well as technical mechanism to record facts of unsanctioned mailing as evidence for possible further proceeding ",- he said.
