OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2011. The Ministry of Communications & Information Technology of Azerbaijan and the University of Southern California signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles reports that a memorandum was signed during the visit of the MCIT representatives to California.

About 25% of students of the University of Southern California having large experience of international cooperation are foreigners. The University won fame as a center for staff training in the field of engineering.
