OREANDA-NEWS. April 6, 2011. Dmitry Medvedev met with heads of municipal districts to discuss town planning, housing sector development, and improving the quality of housing and utilities services.

Implementation of presidential instructions given following meetings of the Council for Local Self-Government Development in October 2010, and the State Council Presidium in November 2010 was also discussed.

Mr Medvedev announced that he has signed the law on establishing municipal road funds.
