OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2010. New evidence of the intense worldwide interest in present-day Turkmenistan, its unique model of socio-economic development in the epoch of new Revival was the Tajik version of the economic paper “State Regulation of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan” of the Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov published in the friendly country on the eve of the 15th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan.

As is known, the two-volume paper written by the leader of the Turkmen state spotlights the stages of development of socially oriented market economy in Turkmenistan presenting the ideological, theoretical, scientific and practical foundations of state regulation of the national economy. It also includes statutory acts regulating economic activity of the state and business entities that make it useful and interesting for specialists as well as a wide readership including international analysts and potential foreign business partners of our country.

The new Tajik edition replenished the library of the books about the personality and activities of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Turkmen leader’s research papers published in the language of the brotherly nation. This year, the Tajik translations of the books “The Grandson Who Makes His Grandfather’s Dream Come True” and the two-volume encyclopedia “The Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan” have been presented to the readers in Turkmenistan. The publication of these books is an important event in the history of Turkmen-Tajik relations, which become stronger with every passing year, and evidence for profound respect to the leader of the Turkmen state and recognition of the outstanding accomplishments of the Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in the political, public and scientific spheres. Certainly, they will contribute to developing scientific and cultural contacts between the two peoples, their understanding and confidence.
