OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2010.   Rules of  organization of  formal education, adopted for realization of the  Law  on Education are approved by  a  decision of the Azerbaijan Cabinet of Ministers №147 from August 6, 2010.

In compliance with the rules, formal education includes  general,  primary professional, average special and higher education, retraining, the second higher and vocational secondary education. Formal education  can be organized in forms of learning via correspondence and full-time attendance, and as well as in distance form and  form of non-residence. At formal education  curriculum should conform to  state standards of education, approved by the Ministry of Education.
