OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2010. Municipal enterprise "Nakhodka-Vodokanal" started carrying out work on replacement of water conduit on Lunacharsky Street. According to plan, about 700 meters of new water pipes will be laid till 20th July.

Old cast-iron water conduit laid on Lunacharsky Street 50 years ago was in need of replacement long ago. That is why replacement of this water conduit was included into investment program "the Development of water supply system in Nakhodka city district".

This program has been operating in Nakhodka for already three years. Old water pipes were replaced by new ones on several streets of Nakhodka under this investment program. Among these streets are Malinovsky, Boksitogorskaya, Sportivnaya, Chapayev, Dalnyaya, Dobrolubov, Timiryazev, etc. According to program old water pipes on Lunacharsky Street will be replaced by new plastic ones. Besides, necessary water-conduit wells will be installed there as well. When specialists of municipal enterprise "Nakhodka-Vodokanal" complete all the work, this part of Lunacharsky Street will be asphalted.
