OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2010. A member of the Czech government spoke at a conference with the  subject “What can and cannot Europe offer to Azerbaijan”.

According to Vaclav Bartushka, Ambassador for Energy Security of the Foreign Ministry,  the  European Union (EU) can provide Azerbaijan with money and the market, which is interested in gas.

“ We require providers from  this region . EU can give investments which will not allow failure of relevant projects. In addition, we can offer political protection. You will not see the European divisions here, but EU can give certain guarantees of peace,” V. Bartushka said.
