Azerbaijan Is Ready to Participate in CIS Telemedicine Project
OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2009. The Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies of Azerbaijan indicates readiness for participation in CIS Telemedicine Project.
The Ministry says that Azerbaijan accepts provisions of the CIS Telemedicine Memorandum but only from angle of observation of all the member countries’ interests.
“Azerbaijan participates in all events on the issue and if all the issues answer to country’s interests Azerbaijan is ready to take part in the project,” the MCIT says.
In its statement position towards the signed Memo Azerbaijan stresses that no of rights, commitments and provisions covered by the Memo will be accepted by Azerbaijan in respect to Armenia until the latter releases occupied lands of Azerbaijan and removes fully consequences of its aggression.
The Memo was signed by CIS prime ministers in Kishinev, Moldova, on 14 November 2008.
