OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2009. Architectural council operating under Nakhodka city district’s administration approved the project of the construction of residential district "Neftyanik" in the area of Lake Solonoye. New residential district will be built for future workers of Primorsky oil-processing plant and their families.

Residential district "Neftyanik" is one of the top priority objects within the framework of the construction of Primorsky oil-processing plant by the company "Rosneft". The industrial giant capable to process 20 million tons of oil a year will be built on the boarder between Partizansky municipal district and Nakhodka city district. But, all the objects of social infrastructure will be built in the territory of Nakhodka city district. Four different sites were offered by local authorities for the construction of residential district "Neftyanik". The direction of Primorsky oil-processing plant chose the site not far from Lake Solonoye with a total area of 85 hectares.

The project stipulates the construction of 30 multistorey apartment buildings. Pre-school educational establishments capable to accommodate 400 kids, schools capable to accommodate 1,200 children, supermarkets, policlinics, sport complex, etc. are planned to be built  there. Besides, professional lyceum for training of specialists in the sphere of oil-processing will be constructed there as well.
