OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2009. All the jobs being carried out under the target program on capital repair of apartment buildings for 2009 will have to be finished by December, 1. 116 million rubles were allocated for this purpose from budgets of different levels and financial means of apartment owners.

According to the words of the chief of the city administration’s Department of Housing and Communal Service Yevgeny LUNKIN 126 kinds of work were planned to be implemented in 26 apartment houses included in the target program. 90 of them have already been completed while the rest kinds of repair works are coming to an end.

116 million rubles in total were spent for implementation of this program in Nakhodka. 102.8 million rubles were transferred from the federal "Housing and Utilities Sector Reform Fund", 7.4 million rubles were allocated from regional and local budgets and 5% of a total sum or 5.8 million rubles were paid by apartment owners as co-financing, which is one of the main conditions for the city’s participation in this program.

According to the words of Yevgeny LUNKIN all the jobs being carried out under the target program on the capital repair of apartment buildings for 2009 will have to be finished by December, 1. At the same time Nakhodka city district is preparing for participation in the program for 2010.
