OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2009. The parade of the summer building premieres continues in the Turkmen capital. The specialists of the State Insurance Organisation of Turkmenistan celebrated the house-warming parties at the new white-marble apartment house built by Turkish Sahin.

This beautiful house is one of the newly constructed buildings that sprang up along the highway in the Turkmen capital – Neutrality Avenue. Dozens new wonderful apartment houses and administrative buildings constructed along the avenue form the splendid architectural ensemble. The avenue is rapidly developed. In the near future the kindergarten and school will be built near the house.

It has 48 comfortable four- and five-room apartments. The bathrooms and kitchens are supplied with built-in furniture and household appliances. The air conditioning and ventilation systems maintain the comfortable temperature in the apartments all year round.

The building has the spacious foyer, two lifts and exit to the courtyard isolated from the noise of the avenue. All necessary conditions are created there for recreation and sports exercises. There are the children’s play area and tennis and mini-football grounds in the adjacent territory. There are also the special place for arranging ceremonial events, parking and underground garage.
