OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2009. The Republican Horse Tourism Centre of the Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan is preparing new projects to foster this kind of tourism in the country.

Centre’s representative Tair Agayev says that RHTC has been operating for three years and offers horse trips via different routes with coverage of beautiful and ancient monuments of architecture.

“During the last year quantity of those who want to run horse tourism has increased much. We have formed 7 groups by 8-12 people for this June. The Centre also offers ippotheraphy – treatment riding. Jointly with “Ekosfera” Scientific & Production Organization we are preparing a special project for children and adolescents. Many other projects are also in our plans,” Agayev said.
