Soyuz TMA-13 Landed Successfully
OREANDA-NEWS. April 8, 2009. Yury Lonchakov, Michael Fincke (ISS-18) and Charles Simonyi (VC-16) returned to the Earth. Soyuz TMA-13 reentry and landing operations were nominal.
The Soyuz undocked from the International Space Station at 7:52 Moscow time. In about 3 hours (11:16 Moscow time) the descent capsule landed softly in the palnned region (to north-west of Dzheskazgan, Kazakhstan).
The crew is in good health status. ISS mission is ongoing. Currently, ISS is commanded by Russian Gennady Padalka. ISS-19 flight engineers are US Michael Barratt and Japanese Koichi Wakata.
